Giveaway: choose a book
My daughter and I discovered the joy and wonder of Paperback Swap months ago, but hubby just discovered it this week. Our credits for free books have plummeted from 27 to 13 and he can hardly wait to check the mail every evening. Free books are exciting like that.
We get more free books for referring new members, so we're going to pull a little publicity stunt. Go to the website and browse 1.8 million books, then come back and leave a comment telling me what book you would choose if you won. We'll choose a winner from among all the comments and the winner will receive the book of her choice, absolutely free, delivered right to her doorstep. That's the way Paperback Swap works, and we want you to have a little taste of what members enjoy all the time. Then you'll want to join and we'll get free credits for referring you, and hubby can keep ordering new books to his heart's content while I try to find room for them on the bookshelves.

I used to love PBS, but then they ran out of books that I really wanted, so I was spending money on shipping but not really getting anything in return. But it’s great if they have the books you want!

I’d love to have another copy of becky and Roger Tirabassi’s “How to Live With Them Since You Can’t Live Without Them”. I just gave my copy away, and really wish I hadn’t since now i can’t share the terrific tips with other people.
